The C601 VZ-P Capsule from HEC XChem Pro is a pre-packaged epoxy-acrylate resin system for reliable, high-load anchoring in concrete and solid masonry. Each capsule contains a two-component formulation that provides controlled mixing during anchor installation. Designed for both structural and seismic applications, the C601 system is AS 5216 compliant and suitable for demanding environments requiring long-term durability.

Installation

1. Drill hole to the correct diameter and depth for the anchor size.
2. Clean the hole thoroughly (blow, brush, blow) to remove dust and debris.
3. Insert the capsule into the hole.
4. Using a rotary hammer drill, spin the threaded rod or rebar into the capsule until fully seated.
5. Allow the resin to cure fully before applying load.
