Description
Nord-Lock X-Series® Washers are the premium choice for bolted joints operating in severe environments where maintaining clamp load is critical. They combine the proven wedge-locking technology of the original Nord-Lock washers with a specially engineered conical shape that compresses and springs back to compensate for joint relaxation and settlement.
Each X-Series washer pair features cams on one side and radial serrations on the opposite side. The cam angle is greater than the thread pitch, creating a wedge-locking effect that prevents the fastener from loosening under vibration while maintaining clamp force throughout the life of the joint.
Finished with Delta Protekt® coating, X-Series washers provide excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for demanding industrial applications.
