CHNORR® high stress load washers (HS type) are precision-engineered spring steel washers designed for high-load structural bolting applications, particularly where installation space is limited.
These washers feature a slightly curved profile, providing a progressive spring characteristic that improves load retention and helps maintain clamping force under dynamic conditions.
Despite their compact outer diameter, HS washers are capable of achieving similar performance to standard load washers, making them ideal for applications where space constraints exist.
Finished with Geomet 321B coating, they provide excellent corrosion resistance for demanding environments.
