Description
The BDX Metal Cyclone Multiseal Roofing Screw has been developed for securing metal roofing sheets to steel framing in demanding roofing applications. Featuring a 14 gauge hex head design and high-performance drill point, it delivers fast installation into steel while maintaining exceptional pull-out performance.
Manufactured from C1022 hardened steel and protected by the X9 ProteXion coating system, the screw is suitable for ISO 9223 Category 4 environments. Every screw is assembled with a 25mm OD aluminium bonded sealing washer to provide superior weather sealing and suit all major roofing profiles.
Ideal for commercial, industrial and residential roofing projects where durability and corrosion resistance are essential.

Installation
- Set the screw gun to 2,200–3,000 RPM.
- Fit a 3/8″ hex drive bit to the screw gun.
- Apply firm, consistent pressure while drilling.
- Tighten until the washer seals correctly without over-tightening.
Note: Installation using impact drivers is not recommended.
