jmaX™ SDS Flanged Hex Head – Class 3
The jmaX™ SDS (Self-Drilling Screw) Flanged Hex Head is purpose-designed for fixing metal plate / brackets / connectors to timber without causing timber splitting. The engineered drill point delivers fast start, positive drive and consistent clamping.

- Self-drilling point – no pre-drilling into timber for most applications.
- Flanged hex head – improved bearing surface and clamp.
- Class 3 finish – enhanced corrosion resistance for external and coastal-adjacent use (check exposure class for your site).
- Colour-coded heads for instant length identification on site:
- Yellow (QJ01) – 14g x 30mm
- High thread (10 TPI) to grab and hold timber.
- Trade packs – 1000pcs for 30mm, 500pcs for 65mm.
