Description
Schnorr® Type VS safety washers are high-performance locking washers designed to maintain preload and prevent loosening in bolted connections subject to vibration and dynamic loads.
The VS type is a reinforced version of the standard serrated safety washer, featuring increased thickness to achieve higher preload forces and improved locking performance.
These washers incorporate radial serrations on both sides, which embed into the mating surfaces during tightening, creating a secure mechanical lock.
Manufactured from hardened spring steel and finished in zinc plating (RoHS compliant), they provide both durability and corrosion protection for a wide range of applications.
