DrillX 14G Panel Roofing Screw – QA28 Series

The DrillX 14G Panel Roofing Screw is a high-performance self-drilling fastener designed for securing insulated roofing panels to steel purlins. Manufactured from hardened C1022 steel with Class 4 corrosion protection, these screws provide excellent durability in exposed roofing environments.

Featuring a self-drilling SDS point, the screw penetrates steel without pre-drilling, significantly improving installation speed on site. The hex washer head with XGrip® technology improves clamping force and reduces the risk of loosening under vibration.

Installation Guide

1. Use a cordless driver set between 2200–3000 RPM.

2. Position the screw at the fixing point.

3. Apply firm pressure while drilling.

4. Avoid overtightening.

Impact drivers are not recommended.
