Description
The ICCONS UNI-BOLT™ Hot Dip Galvanised Hollow Section Bolt is an innovative structural steel fixing designed specifically for hollow section connections in structural steel applications.
Unlike traditional connection methods such as welding, through-bolting or strapping systems, UNI-BOLT™ creates a robust mechanical interlock inside the hollow section, delivering high structural performance with significantly faster installation and an aesthetically pleasing finish.
The Hot Dip Galvanised finish provides excellent corrosion resistance for external and harsh environments, making it ideal for commercial, industrial and structural steel applications.
ETA assessed (ETA 25/0374) and suitable for design in accordance with AS 4100, UNI-BOLT™ gives engineers, fabricators and installers confidence when specifying structural hollow section connections.
The unique sleeve expansion mechanism allows installation from one side of the connection while maintaining excellent tension and shear performance across a range of hollow section sizes and fixing ranges.
