Description

Mechanical Galvanised Secure Rings are designed to provide permanent tamper-resistant protection for installed fasteners. Once installed over the hex head of a bolt or hex nut, the ring is driven into position using a mallet, deforming around the fastener to prevent removal with conventional tools.

Installation

  1. Install the bolt or nut according to the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
  2. Position the secure ring centrally over the fastener.
  3. Strike the top of the secure ring with a mallet.
  4. Continue striking until the ring is fully seated against the fixing.
